This wooden pendant is hand-painted with the Disability Pride Flag, designed for public domain use by Ann Magill in collaboration with online disabled communities. Crossing diagonally over the black background to represent "cutting across barriers" are five stripes:
- Red represents physical disabilities.
- Gold represents neurodiversity, e.g. autism.
- White represents invisible disabilities as well as those which have yet to be diagnosed.
- Blue represents mental illness, e.g. depression.
- Green represents sensory disabilities, including processing disorders.
The flag's symbolism was explained by Magill in an interview with The Accessible Stall.
